The Montefiore Scholarship Program was established to encourage and provide opportunity for children of Montefiore Associates to pursue a college education. After your first year at Montefiore, any of your children attending the upcoming fall semester at an accredited two or four-year college, are invited to apply for a scholarship under the Montefiore Scholarship Program.  Scholarships are awarded based on demonstrated financial need.

In order to apply, you must submit the following documentation before July 1^st:

• A completed 2016 Montefiore Scholarship application

• A copy of the CSS/Financial Aid Profile from the College Board (www.collegeboard.org). Applicants must complete the online College Scholarship Service Form. If you have any questions regarding the College Board process, please call 305.829.9793 to speak with a College Board Representative.

• A college Financial Aid Statement Form must be completed by the college financial aid office.

• A letter of Acceptance if your family member is a new student or a transcript of grades from last semester if the student is continuing in school.
